At Inkflex, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used temporary tattoos.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper application.
- Change of mind after opening the package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
